Bondi Beach Apartments
Multi-Use Development, 2–4 Jaques Ave, Bondi Beach Client: Hoz Constructions | Location: Bondi Beach, NSW
Bright Group Electrical was engaged by Hoz Constructions to deliver the full electrical package for a premium seven-storey commercial and residential development in the heart of Bondi Beach. The build includes two levels of basement parking, three ground-level commercial tenancies, and 25 high-end residential apartments.
Our scope covered all electrical systems across the development, including lighting, power, communications, MATV, intercom and access control, security, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, rooftop solar, and the full switchboard and distribution network.
We worked closely with the project team to ensure each stage of the electrical install was delivered to spec, on time, and with the with the craftmanship, consistency, and reliability that defines Bright Group Electrical.

Sofia Apartments
Client: Dallad Constructions | Location: Ashfield
Bright Group Electrical completed the full design and construction of electrical services for Sofia Apartments, a boutique eco-friendly development in Sydney’s Inner West. Spanning four levels, including basement parking and three residential floors, the project was designed with sustainability and modern living at its core.
Our scope included designer lighting throughout the apartments and common areas, a reliable power distribution system, swipe card access, and a full CCTV security network. To support the building’s sustainability goals, we also delivered solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and efficient lighting systems across all shared spaces.
By combining functionality with high-quality finishes, we helped bring Sofia Apartments to life as a landmark residential project that balances sustainability, security, and contemporary design.

Premium Coworking Space
Client: Workit Spaces | Location: Alexandria, NSW
Bright Group Electrical was engaged to transform an existing industrial warehouse in the heart of Alexandria into a premium coworking space spanning over 8,500 sqm. The facility now offers 155 serviced offices and retail spaces, meeting rooms, a photography studio, podcasting studio, kitchen, loading dock, and an onsite café and bar.
Awarded as a full design and construct project, our scope covered every aspect of the electrical, communications, automation, and security systems. This included a fully automated motion-based lighting control system, state of the art facial recognition access control, card readers for private offices, a comprehensive CCTV network, high-speed fibre optic internet, an audio speaker system, emergency and exit lighting, and a full distribution upgrade with new submains cabling and distribution boards throughout.
With a huge 800A 3-phase incoming electrical supply, the project involved the installation of over 650 power outlets, 800 LED lights, 150 metres of LED strip lighting, 170 access card readers, and a wide range of connected systems including CCTV cameras, wireless access points, speakers, ceiling fans, and HVAC cooling.
The result is a modern, high-tech workspace where electrical, communications, and security systems work seamlessly to support the building’s diverse tenants and high-demand operations.
The Exchange Precinct
Client: Wyatt Projects | Location: Darling Square, Haymarket, Sydney
Bright Group Electrical was engaged to complete the electrical fitout of multiple tenancies within The Exchange Precinct at Darling Square — a landmark spiralling, light-filled building designed by world-renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma.
Our scope included the full electrical installation for three restaurants, a clothing store, and an office space. Each tenancy required careful coordination to meet its unique requirements while delivering the high-quality finishes expected in such an iconic project.
The result is a collection of vibrant, modern spaces that contribute to The Exchange’s reputation as a premier hospitality and retail destination in the heart of Sydney.
Sydney Metro Precinct Activation
Client: Brenic Constructions | Location: Cherrybrook & Bella Vista, Sydney
As part of the Sydney Metro rollout, Bright Group Electrical was engaged to deliver the full electrical construction for two new commercial developments within the Cherrybrook and Bella Vista Metro Stations. These projects were designed to activate the precincts with new hospitality and retail spaces integrated directly into the stations.
The works involved significant underground and civil integration, connecting new power supplies and high-speed fibre into the existing station infrastructure. By working closely with Sydney Metro’s engineering team, we were able to help refine parts of the design and achieve major cost savings while maintaining the high standard of finish required.

Mosman Rowers Club Refurbishment

Bright Group Electrical was engaged to upgrade the lighting, power, and communications systems as part of the refurbishment of the iconic Mosman Rowers Club.
The existing electrical installation was outdated and non-compliant, requiring a full upgrade before the venue could safely reopen. Our team modernised the infrastructure to meet current standards while also enhancing the club’s atmosphere and functionality with improved lighting and electrical systems.
Working in close coordination with the project team, we delivered a solution that balanced compliance, performance, and aesthetics — helping bring new life to a historic harbourfront venue.
